This was not an easy task as traffic instore is of customer of all ages and the engagement with short attention spans and rush hours. The idea, design and engagement of the app should be innovative, quickly attract customer engagement and reward the engagement.
We designed, story boarded and developed a game which involved Sprite favourite ingredients lemons. Any user which achieved targets set in games were rewarded with Sprite freebees. After initial trials the game was launched nationwide to all major super stores leading to higher brand affinity, customer loyalty and popularity.
We designed, developed and launched the app in record two weeks’ time, meeting customer budget and specification requirements.
The product team at Sprite was thrilled by our achievements and didn’t hesitate to give us five stars for our work.
